Returns

If you have second thoughts about your order from Ecoveil, we offer returns within 7 days of receiving your items. Items must be returned in their unworn and unused condition with tags still attached. Returns are not applicable for sale items, used items  due to hygiene reasons. Exceptions apply for items found to be defective upon arrival.

To start the process, please email us at marketing@ecoveiltech.com to request a return form.

Please note we do not cover shipping costs for the return and there will be a handling fee of MYR 15 deducted from the refund amount.

For orders purchased in-store at Kuala Lumpur, please visit the store to request for a return.

Exchange

Got your eye on a different item? We offer exchanges for another item in your preferred colour and size within 7 days of receiving your items, subject to stock availability. Items must be returned in their unworn and unused condition with tags still attached. Exchanges are not applicable for sale items, used items due to hygiene reasons. Exceptions apply for items found to be defective upon arrival.

Please note we do not cover shipping costs for the exchange item and the cost to re-ship the items.

For items purchased in-store, please visit the store to request for an exchange.

Shall there be a discrepancy between the initial order and the exchanged item, the customer will need to bear the additional costs. If the exchanged item has a lower price, the difference will be given a store credit.
